Lake Show-Me
Lake Show-Me is located Southwest of Memphis, approximately
three miles west on Highway 136. Lake Show-Me has 250 acres (boating, hunting, fishing, shelter houses for group picnics, camping, trap shooting, skeet and rifle range). The shelter houses and camping are on a first come, first served basis -- reservations are not available. The MO Department of Conservation manages the lake's fishery. Facilities and land around the lake are owned and maintained by the City of Memphis. The camping area is located on the South end of the dam and is equipped with electric hook-ups and water is available. The camping fee is $10 a night, and camping in the primitive area (no electricity) is free of charge. The Memphis Police Department collects the fees nightly.

Old City Lake
Old City Lake is located on Hwy 15 South, with the turn off being the road just south of the Scotland County Fairgrounds. The shelter house at the old city lake is available on a first come, first serve basis. Fishing and small boats with no motors are allowed on the lake.
