Memphis Fire Department
The Memphis Fire Department is composed of 22 volunteer firefighters.
The fire department conducts business meetings the first Wednesday of each month and the third Wednesday's are reserved for special training. In January, they elect a Fire Chief, Treasurer, Secretary, Training Officer, and Maintenance. The Chief also selects three assistants, and all the positions are one year terms.
